Payment

Payments can be made with Visa / Dankort, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express.

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

We do not handle any information regarding payments. We use an external provider. Stripe. 

You can pay through our web shop or you can pay when you receive the wines with our terminal. You can pay with Cash as well ,previous message, so we can print your receipt. 

Delivery

Moravin supplies with Postnord and also with own delivery.

Delivery: On delivery, the item is received within 3 business days of the order placed. Delivery will take place during daytime between 08:00 and 16:00 or if you wish we can make delivery after 16:00 till 21:00 within Copenhagen area. Write in the comment box if you want the carrier to place a package outside your door or in your carport, for example. This have not extra cost.

Fulfillment: 
Prices for delivery with Shipping outside Copenhagen area: 
Within DK = Costs 75DKK in freight 
Sweden = Costs 250 DKK in freight                                                                                                                                                                                                     Free Delivery within Copenhagen area = On orders over 350 kr FREE

Delivery outside Copenhagen area . On Orders over 600 kr FREE 

Pick:

  • Items ordered before Monday to Friday, for pickup in our storage, can be picked up the next day after 16pm.
  • If your order is placed after on weekdays, you can pick up on Monday after 16.00pm
  • Pickup at the storage is free of charge.

If you cancel your purchase (cancellation right)

As a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.

When we ship the goods, an invoice from Moravinis also included. 
If you find any defects / damage upon receipt of the goods, please contact us immediately and use this invoice / invoice number as a reference at the same time.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you; 
a) Have received your item 
b) Get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually 
c) Get the last lot or the last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts;

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by customer on email info@moravin.dk. You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. 
Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. 
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Lack of original packaging may be a loss of value, so in order to be able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

1. Delivery of goods manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or having a distinct personal impression,

2. Delivery of goods which are likely to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly,

3. Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,

You lose your right of withdrawal if; 
You are breaking the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

The condition of the item when you return it
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. 

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that when you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)

The shortage rules of the Purchasing Act apply to goods purchases.

When you shop on www.moravin.dk you have, of course,  24 months warranty . This means that, as a starting point, you can get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

How soon should I advertise? 
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us 
When you return the item, please state what the problem is as detailed as possible.

Note! We do not receive parcels sent by mail. claims or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
